 Jessica Markham hired Pedal to take her online boutique to brick-and-mortar. Jessica has always been her friends' go-to stylist (in addition to having a super successful law career), so she decided to take matters in to her own hands and open the boutique that was missing in her hometown.

Sheila and Jessica worked together to create a top-notch business plan, and after exploring multiple opportunities in Potomac, Abby helped Jessica lock down the most prominent location in the town's busiest shopping center, Cabin John Village, among national favorites like bluemercury, Cava, and Ever/body.

Abby and Sheila have been awesome - my experience trying to find a space before the First Location Program and during was like night and day. Figuring out my business plan was definitely worth the hard work and I am SO excited to open my store.
